The Structure of the Houses

There are four directors for the House: the General Director, the House Teacher, the Financial Head, and the Tea master. When particular problems arise these directors of the house must discuss the cases with their own college authorities such as the disciplinarians and administrative secretaries. If a monk from one House breaks the law and needs to go to the disciplinarians and administrative secretaries, other house teachers need to go with the monk personally to settle the case, but its different for the house of Hardong, because the monks in this House are Mongolians and there was particular treatment for it since Goshri Khan in the fifth Dalai Lama's time. Therefore, the House teacher of this House doesn't to go personally with the law-breaking monk. Instead, he could send a representative.
