Beautiful Tibetan rivers and mountains

Tibet's tourism industry has seen an unprecedented boom this year. The region currently has four tourist areas of Lhasa, the west, southwest and south. Tibet, one of the extra-ordinary destinations where indeed adventure lurks around every corner. Its name the "Roof of the World" is not a mere statement. The valley bottoms of Tibet are higher than the highest mountains elsewhere. Tibet has more than 1500 lakes and rivers which cover 30 % of the total lake area in China.
