is an non-governmental organization consisting of volunteers
both at home and abroad who love Tibetan culture care for its
preservation and development. |

| With an average elevation of over 4,000 meters, Tibet is located
in the southwest frontier of China. Centuries-old snowy mountains,
vast Changtang Grassland, blue lakes and roaring rivers constitute
