i have a question. When I was in Lhasa in october 2009, i have heard, that the drebung monastery was closed. Could you tell me the reason, why no tourist could visit the monastery?

Reply:We didn't get such information and as we have just contacted the monastery, visitors can freely visit the monastery, of course, you have to buy a ticket, hehe! |

Reply:There is no age-limit on the Tibet Entry Permit. But if one person has heart and lung disease, they will advise not to enter Tibet in order to avoid any serious plateau sickness. |
