At present, the weather on Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is extremely severe and rigid. The temperature can be as low as minus 28 degrees. To work at the Qinghai-Tibet railway sites of 4700 meters above the sea level can be very difficult for most people. But a 23-year-old girl, Tao Weiwei voluntarily joined this railway construction work team upon her graduation from one of Hubei universities in the beginning of 2004. She said the condition here (on the high plateau) could train a person's body and willpower very well.
